Hi my name is Abbie I have been a massage therapist for 4 years, previously I was in optics for 7 years , I loved many aspects of that job especially the customer care & helping people feel good in their glasses however after a couple of tragic losses and covid I decided to retrain in holistics. From 2018 onwards I took different courses such a yoga & meditation teacher, massage, facials reiki, sound baths and counselling.
During this time most of my work has been at various retreats providing holistic therapies and relaxation and sound sessions.
It is nice to now finally have a base at Earth Balance studio where I can make the treatment room my own and provide my services from there.
